Data entered by the User relating to the User's registration information or personal experiences when afield, including but not limited to hunting or fishing experiences, may be collected and used by GameTraxx and shared with certain other parties under certain conditions. The User's exact location for his or her experience afield or personally identifiable information will not be disclosed. In other words, GameTraxx will not tell anyone where your favorite hunting or fishing spot is located. The User's aggregated demographic information provided such as age, sex, hunting or fishing preferences, or other biographical information and general location such as county, state or other general description of the hunting or fishing area may be used by GameTraxx. This information may be collected and used to develop community databases, statewide databases, and/or shared with state, federal or other agencies and/or private entities at the sole discretion of GameTraxx.

In order to subscribe to the GameTraxx product, each User will be required to complete a registration process which requires providing certain information. Each GameTraxx User, unless specified otherwise in written agreement with GameTraxx, is granted to a single and may be only used by that person. Credit card information may be collected for billing purposes. For the convenience of our Users, we do not store, use, or share credit card information for any other purposes. In processing a subscription order third-party merchant account may be used for order processing and may use certain information provided by the User as necessary in the processing of the subscription and may retain certain information such as e-mail information for their purposes.
